 Jan and Mike have always been aware of the importance of personal health and fitness and both have been dancing for over 40 years.

Jan has been a member of an aerobics display team as well as training in yoga, callinetics and pilates. Over the years Mike qualified as a gymnasium fitness assessor and instructor through Fitness for Industry and has recently qualified as a Professional in Fitness for the Older Adult.

Having both been Directors of their own businesses in the UK, they moved to Spain and teamed up to introduce people to the joys of dancing and to help them with their wellbeing.

They believe that you can choose a lifestyle to help you live longer and just as important, to get fun during those extra years, hence - "Put years on your life, and life in your years."

 Recently they have been asked to teach dancing on cruise ships. Whatever the level of dancer, from beginner to advanced, they are finding it rewarding to open up the world of dance, health and fitness to many people.
